Haley Hoffman Smith knows a thing or two about fear. As an author, speaker, podcaster, Tiktok master, and entrepreneur, Haley is killing the game! But it wasn’t always this way. After college, Haley took a job which she loved, but knew didn’t fulfill her. Deciding to take a leap of faith and jump into the entrepreneurial world, Haley wrote a book, Her Big Idea. Now, Haley is passionate about helping others follow their big ideas and make friends their fears. Haley and Allee chat about the importance of facing fear head on and learning how to navigate this oftentimes scary territory.
